Sandra Pesavento, Ed. D. is a Professor in the Education Department at the University of Scranton where she has been a faculty member since 2010. She serves as a Faculty Specialist sharing her expertise in Communications, Technology & Global Skills. Sandra has over twenty years experience as an educator. She completed her undergraduate degree in Education at Marywood University, and both her M.S. in Instructional Technology and Ed.D. in Educational Leadership at Wilkes University. She has written numerous courses and has presented innovative technology skills to hundreds of educators through workshops, trainings, and conferences at local, state, national and international levels. Sandra is married to her high school sweetheart, Pez and has four daughters, Amanda, Jen, Lauren and Jackie, and seven grandchildren. She is a life-long learner and enjoys reading, cooking, traveling, yoga, spin, pilates and most importantly spending time with her family.
